Currently, Vi-Chem is recruiting for the following positions:

3rd Shift Production Supervisor 

The primary responsibility for this position is to lead the compounding facility. This involves producing compounds in a safe and environmentally sound manner that meet all customer quality and packaging requirements ready for shipment on the scheduled date. The successful candidate will be expected to create an atmosphere of mutual respect among all employees while driving improvements in plant efficiency and reliability. Reports are to be constructed and submitted using Microsoft Office and customized Enterprise Resource Planning software.  

This position requires an individual with experience in a leadership role. The individual must be able to learn and understand our compounding process and facilitate improvements. A B.A. degree in a technical or business area is preferred.

Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time) 

The primary responsibilities for this position include payroll processing, tracking and reporting of turnover, safety, attendance and other data, training and orientations in accordance with federal and state regulations, file maintenance, recruiting and hiring, and benefits administration.  

This position requires an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in a business field or an equivalent combination of training and experience. The individual must be efficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The individual must also be able to learn and understand our compounding process and be able to facilitate change.
