Vi-Chem has developed a variety of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) to meet current and future market needs. These products provide rubber-like properties with thermoplastic processing economics.

Automation is used throughout Vi-Chem's manufacturing process to provide lot-to-lot consistency. Mixing and extrusion equipment are matched to the process requirements of the part manufacturers.

Plant Control Room: Vi-Chem Corporation uses innovative automation techniques to manufacture its products. This helps insure product quality and lot-to-lot consistency.

Blending: Two types of blending are available to allow tailoring to each compound.  This results in optimized product mixing and consistency.

Extrusion: Single and twin-screw extruders are used to optimize the product characteristics to the end process and performance.
